Brambly flavors of blackberry, boysenberry and raspberry with a drop of spice greet the nose while the palate is loaded with dark berry fruit, cherry cola, and a smidge of pepper. This Zinfandel’s core is framed with ripe tannins, accented with toasted almonds and cacao. •Harvested: October, 2011 •Appellation: Sonoma County •Varietal: 96% Zinfandel & 4% Cabernet Sauvignon •Production: The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks.
